Ascentis Level 1 Award in Equality and Diversity Updates

You said it, we did it!

We pride ourselves on listening to our centres and using feedback to ensure our qualifications reflect the knowledge and skills required to support learner progression and success in our modern society. 

In collaboration with our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion subject experts we have fully redeveloped the Ascentis Level 1 Award in Equality and Diversity ready for August 2024. 

The innovative updates for 2024 include:

  • the addition of 'Inclusion' within the learning materials.
  • enhanced tutor guidance and glossary.
  • refreshed content coverage to reflect current EDI topics and legislation.
  • brand new interactive materials to support teaching and delivery.

The interactive learning materials have been fully redeveloped into a contemporary format, with enhanced interaction opportunities to support both classroom teaching and independent learner participation. 

The new Ascentis Level 1 Award Equality and Diversity materials will be available to centres for delivery from 1st August 2024.
