At Ascentis we have an extensive range of Pre-Entry qualifications with clear progression routes, designed to build the vital skills needed for the workplace and everyday life. These qualifications are ideal for adults with basic skills, and for those who have been out of education for a long time or have had little formal learning. Pre-Entry Digital Skills

This qualification allows learners to practice the underpinning essential digital skills for communication, handling information and content, transacting and problem solving, and online safety, enabling them to learn digital skills effectively.

Pre-Entry ESOL

Mapped to the Entry 1 ESOL Core Curriculum, this qualification allows learners to develop the basic underpinning skills in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Pre-Entry Literacy

The qualification allows learners to improve their ability to communicate and develop reading and writing skills.

Pre-Entry Numeracy

The qualification allows learners to build confidence and develop basic underpinning skills in Number, Measure, Shape and Space, Handling Data and Talking Maths.
