Mindfulness Resource Available to all Ascentis Customers and Learners
In the modern world our attention is constantly being pulled in many directions and increasingly we are often finding ourselves lost in thought, planning, worrying or thinking. In fact scientists have found we are lost in thought for 48% of our lives…that’s almost half our lives.
Alongside the amount of thinking we do, increased study pressure and working hours mean we spend a lot of time looking at screens, whether that be for pleasure or learning. The way we live has changed and for that reason the way we care for our well-being also needs to change.
With this in mind, we have created a free Mindfulness resource – available to all of our customers and learners – which outlines simple steps we can take to alleviate the pressure of our lives and take care of our well-being.
