Ascentis National Conference 2019 – Speakers Announced

Ascentis are delighted to host their annual National Conference on Friday 6th December, 2019 at the Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury.


Themes on the day will include sector updates and hot topics shaping the future of education, with a particular focus on ‘Learners in the Digital Evolution’.


On the day you can expect to hear from experts in the education sector. There will be a choice of workshops to attend and an opportunity for you get your burning questions answered in our speaker panel. Lunch and refreshments will be provided and the day will conclude with our much anticipated prize draw, where luxurious gifts will be up for grabs.

  • Dr. Anne-Marie Imafidon MBE - Head Stemette and co-founder of Stemettes
  • Gyles Brandreth - Writer, Broadcaster, Actor, Chancellor of the University of Chester and former MP

In previous years the Ascentis National Conference has featured keynote speakers Dame Louise Casey DBE CB, Natasha Devon MBE, Beej Kaczmarczyk of e-Memoirs, Peter Mayhew-Smith of South Thames College Group and Cathy Walsh OBE.


This conference is suitable for those working in the further education sector at a high level, including Principals, Vice-Principals, Exams Officers, Directors of Curriculum and Heads of Department.
