Ascentis Access to Higher Education Excellence Awards 2019-20

About the Awards

In recognition of the hard work and commitment of Access to Higher Education Diploma learners, we would like to invite approved centres to nominate learners for the Excellence Awards 2019-20.

To be eligible for nomination, a learner must have studied on an Ascentis Access to HE Programme in 2019-2020 and meet the criteria for the nominated category.

 

Prize Categories

Outstanding Academic Achievement

  • Learners in this category should have excelled in their academic study by producing assessed work of an outstanding quality whilst on their Access to HE course.

 Outstanding Commitment to Study

  • Learners in this category will have shown outstanding commitment to their Access to HE studies.

 

Submitting Nominations

Nomination forms and further guidance can be found below, and on the Ascentis website within the resources section www.ascentis.co.uk/resources

Nominations should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line Access Excellence Awards on or before the closing date below.

The closing date for nominations is Friday 12th June 2020.

 

Judging

All nominations will be anonymised before being considered by an independent panel of judges where prize winners will be selected solely on the statements provided by centres.

 

Prizes

Excellence Awards prize winners will receive a cheque for £400 and runners up will receive a cheque for £200.

Award Winners will be announced during the week commencing 29th June 2020.
